Three milk Cabrales cheese

There are differences among Cabrales cheeses This is not well known among the general public, but the qualities of the cheese depend on the type of milk and even the cave where the cheese matures. This three-milk Cabrales cheese is produced by the cheesemaker Juan Jose, based in the town of Tielve de Cabrales.

The cheese is made with milk from his own cattle and can only be made from June to November. His cattle graze freely and are not stabled except for milking or when it snows. We can say that they are some of the happiest animals.

Hola Ana, no tiene precio por que de momento no tenemos y no sabemos cuando lo volveremos a tener. En estos casos lo dejamos sin precio.
