Small creamy extremeña Torta that is made traditionally in the El Castúo cheese factory. A delicacy for spreading with a smooth flavor, but very tasty and characteristic of the extremeña Tortas. It weighs approximately 350 grams and comes in a little wooden box in order to protect the cheese.

The El Castúo cheese factory began its activity in 1978 and currently has a Certificate of Origin Torta del Casar.
The milk for the cheese is produced traditionally and comes from a flock of their own sheep.
Merino sheep that are fed on natural meadow grass guarantee the quality of their cheese.
It is a cheese that has won many awards such as the Gold Medal of the National Trujillo Cheese Festival in 2001 and 2012.
