1. Add 20% or 25 gr of fruit preparation in the bottom of a glass of yogurt.
2. Make sure that the fruit preparation forms a uniform layer on the bottom.
3. Add the remaining 80% or 100 gr of yogurt over the fruit preparation.
The usual dosage ranges from 180 to 250 grams per liter of yogurt

It can be purchased in jars of 400 grams and the available fruit preparations are Strawberry, Pineapple or Apricot.
