This impressive cheese is crafted by artisans at the Queseria de Pria, located in Llanes in the Province of Asturias.
During production, the rind is lightly salted and then smoked. The aging process lasts from 45-50 days.
This creamy cheese has notes of a smoky flavor, a result of the blending of three types of milk and the penicillium used in production. It is without a doubt a unique product.
Azul
Este queso azul es sorprendente. me recuerda en cierta forma a algunas variedades del Gamonedo.
