After its elaboration its afinateur Pepe Bada takes it to the cave of El Teyedu at more than 1200 meters high where these mythical cheeses are maturing in a high humidity environment for months. The result is a nice cabrales cheese with hints of nuts, creamy, with a characteristic, balanced and intense flavor.
In the last auction of Cabrales cheese this Cabrales managed to be the most expensive cheese in the world reaching 20,500 euros.
