Named Erborinato al tartufo, this Italian cheese is a specialty of the sweet Gorgonzola to which is added, during its production, black summer truffle (a minimum of 1.5%). Its marbling is evenly distributed throughout the pasta and the flavor takes on a tone closer to milk. The result is exceptional. A creamy cheese, easy to spread, aromatic and balanced in its combination of flavors and aromas.
