Butter made by the Galician cheese factory Airas Moniz from sour or matured cream. From raw milk from their herd of Jersey cows they extract their cream to make this butter. Once the cream is obtained, it is left to acidify for 24 hours to be elaborated later. The yellow color is remarkable due to the pastures on which its livestock feeds and its pleasant smell and aroma.
You can buy this butter in pieces of 250 grams.
