A cheese A cheese with a strong flavor. Its success is due to the quality of cow's milk that is produced in the Council of Llanes, with meadows near the sea, with high rainfall and environmental humidity that favors the development of very varied and rich pastures that is reflected then especially in the smell and aroma of cheese.
