Airas Moniz, was born from the concern of three people, who love their Galician land and who want to show that through their passion: animals, cheese and the rural world.
As the first troubadour that existed in the Tierras do Asma and precursor of the cantigas, Airas Moniz; Ana, Ricardo and Xesús are the first to make cheese with raw milk from Jersey cows from their own farm that grazes extensively. The quality of the milk from its herd and the dairy's focus on innovation results in excellent cheeses that are already highly appreciated in the gourmet market.
Boska loves food! What you love, you want to cherish with the right food tools. Cheese and chocolate are our all-time favorites. You can enjoy them cut, sliced, grated, curled or melted as fondue. Our story started over a 120 years ago with Blacksmith Willem Bos making his first cheese tools for cheese professionals. In 2000 we started with designing Cheesewares for home use, like fondue sets, cheese boards, knives and slicers. Along the way we fell in love with chocolate and in 2018 we introduced the revolutionary Fondue Set Marie – the first double boiler fondue set. We know how to enjoy cheese, just as we know how to enjoy chocolate. One thing is for sure; both taste best with the right tools and the right people.
