Shipping and returns

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the time at which the order is made and the destination of the same. During the purchase process entering the cart you can discover the costs and the estimated delivery time. We currently have rates for different delivery times (counted in working days):

- Same day (only in Madrid with MRW and if the order is placed before 12: 00h),

- Orders placed before 3:00 pm: 24 hours, 48 ​​hours and 72 hours. If it is done after 3:00 pm, it will begin to count from the following day. If the workload allows it, we will also try to send those that are made from 3:00 p.m. until the transporter picks up.

For your shipments you can select delivery at home or delivery at a post office.

For shipments to Ceuta or Melilla consult.

Shipments to the Canary Islands may entail customs charges.

International shipments will be delivered in three or four days.

It is not possible to guarantee the delivery of the order at specific times since it depends on the routes of the selected carrier. However, these indications for compliance are always transferred to the carrier.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS


Each product on our website lists the total price, including taxes. This price does not include transportation costs.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer will be kept informed of the exact shipping charge at every step prior to acceptance of the order. The products purchased will be delivered to the person/business and at the address indicated within the time period specified for each type of shipment. Shipping costs include packaging, handling and shipping.
They may include a fixed charge and a variable charge that is based on the price or weight of your order. You will be informed of the total price once you go to make your payment. If you have listed a shipping address, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated, and you will be able to see it with each product selected in your cart.
The shipments are made to be as secure as possible. Depending on the amount of time your package will spend in transit, different packaging methods may be used. This is to ensure that the product arrives at your home in top condition. For all orders, the cheeses will be vacuum packed for shipping in order to prevent any alterations, with a very few exceptions.
Days included in the delivery time do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays (both national and local).
If the product is not in stock, the time frame for delivery may be delayed, depending on how long our suppliers take to replenish it. In this situation, AlQueso.es declines all responsibility and will inform the customer of the estimated delivery time upon our receipt of the product.
Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes. We reserve the right to withhold shipment of orders with incorrect addresses. In all cases, our customer service department will be in contact with you according to the information you have provided for any issues or concerns that may arise during processing of your order.
If you would like to collect your package from our warehouse you can choose this option during the order.

RETURNS


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 calendar days to return it, counting from the date of delivery. (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 regulating Retail Trade amended by Law 47/2002 of December 19.)
The product must be accompanied by its original packaging and sealed properly.

- Only returns of perishable products that are in poor condition are allowed.

- Refunds for perishable products will not be accepted once the original packaging has been broken and part of the merchandise has been consumed.

To make a return write and send an email to clientes@alqueso.es indicating personal information, order number and disagreement in the order for us to proceed with the authorization of the return. Once received this email, we will indicate the way to make the return. Without prior authorization from us, the product will not be accepted and consequently returned to its origin, supporting the shipping costs of the customer.

Once we receive the goods, we will check that all the aforementioned requirements are met and in case of compliance, Inspleria will proceed to change the item for another or to the return of the money, if the client so requests.

If the return is the result of an error in the preparation or for products in poor condition, the shipping costs of the return shall be borne by us. On the contrary, if the return is for any other reason, the initial shipping costs and the return will be borne by the customer.

You must check the order at the time of delivery by the transport agency, and record any anomaly in the delivery note and sign it to make any claim.
