PRICING OF ITEMS


The product prices are those that appear at the time of the order and include all taxes (VAT or similar). The breakdown of these taxes will be itemized before the completion and placement of the order. Keep in mind that when you place the order, the system will inform you in detail of the total taxable amount, the applicable taxes and the corresponding shipping costs.
Taxes, fees and shipping fees will vary depending on the fiscal or physical region where the order is placed or where it needs to be sent, so they may be modified or discounted after the shipping zone is selected.


Offers or discount coupons may have an expiration date, after which they are no longer valid.
The prices shown at AlQueso.es may be revised and modified at any time as they are subject to changes that occur in the market.

The products that will be sent are those appearing in the product description, not including other items that may serve as props to illustrate the product. For example, plates, knives, boards, etc.

The size to be sent is that indicated in the description and features, even if in the photograph it may appear larger or smaller. Example: 300 gram wedges are sold but in the photo an entire cheese is shown. In the sale of cheeses that are traditional and not manufactured, the weight of the cheese is never the same from one unit to another. For this reason, terms such as weight ranges and approximate weights are included, with no guarantee of the exact weight of each unit.

The minimum order is 20 euros, not including VAT and shipping costs.


PAYMENT METHODS

Purchases of goods and services can be paid by credit card or debit card or bank transfer to the account that will be indicated by the system.

Bank Transfer
Upon selecting "Bank transfer" as the form of payment after confirming the order, you must make the transfer to the account number that will be indicated by the system and that will be sent to you by email. It is very important to indicate the order number and your name, and to make the transfer within 4 days of the date the order is placed. The order will not be considered valid until we receive the corresponding payment 24-72 hours later, depending on the bank. If you choose this form of payment, the order may be delayed until we receive payment.

The transfer should be in euros, and any charges or fees arising from this payment method will be paid by the customer.

Payment with credit or debit card
Should you wish to pay for your purchase by credit or debit card, the transaction is managed via a gateway to a secure payment server.

All of your information will be encrypted and sent over a secure SSL ("Secure Sockets Layer") server, which guarantees that third parties will not have access to your banking or credit card information.

After the data is entered, the bank will validate your credit card and process the charge. At this time the order will be effective, and processing and shipping will proceed.


GUARANTEES

The guarantees and after-sales services are governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 approving the text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. In accordance with this regulation, the seller is obligated to deliver to the consumer and user products that comply with the contract, answering to it for any noncompliance.

MODIFICATION OF GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE


Inspleria reserves the right to modify these general terms of sale without prior notice and may change, delete or add content and services provided thereby, as well as the form in which they are presented or located on their servers.

These changes must be accepted by the User each time a purchase is made through the website AlQueso.es.

Any members/users/customers who do not agree with the modifications to the general conditions should notify Inspleria. In the event any term of the general conditions are illegal or unenforceable, it shall be null and void and shall be implemented as agreed by the parties or as otherwise described in the Spanish Civil Code.

RESPONSIBILITY, LITIGATION AND APPLICABLE LEGISLATION


INSPLERIA will not be held liable for breach of contract in case of stock shortages or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruptions or total or partial strikes, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flood or fire. In case of dispute, the member shall promptly contact Inspleria for an amicable solution.

These general conditions of sale in the Spanish language are interpreted and made ​​in accordance with Spanish law.

For the resolution of all disputes or questions relating to this website or the activities developed therein, Spanish law will apply, to which the parties expressly submit themselves, being competent to resolve all associated or related conflicts by use of the Courts of the city of Madrid.

If you are not registered, go to the "Create an account" section, enter your email and click on "Create an account" in order to enter the necessary information to register as a customer.

Shipping information
Here, verify that the delivery address is correct. If it is not, change it by clicking on "Update." You will also be informed of the delivery charge, which will depend on the products contained in the order.

Select the payment method
- By bank transfer.
- Payment with credit or debit card.

Confirmation
Check all information: the products selected, purchase price, shipping costs.
Before confirming the order you should have read, understood and accepted all the conditions that are detailed on this page, including those regarding shipping, returns and privacy, as well as the legal notice.

Once you have placed an order through the system, you will receive an email at the address you have provided us, with the complete order information (order number, payment method, products, shipping method and complete costs of products, shipment and taxes).
