Brie cheese is a dense curd cheese produced from raw cow's milk. Its preparation is mixed a little Penicillium candidum with curd and after draining and salting their bark is sprayed with this mold. Thus acquires its characteristic white bark. It matures between 2 and 3 weeks and the variety of truffles is incorporated a layer of truffle. Its flavor is sharp and fruity aroma with the power of the black truffle in it.
