Hola, soy principiante en esto de hacer queso en casa y me recomendaron usar cuajo en polvo entonces no se en realidad cual usar, me gustaria por favor si no es mucha molestia si me podrian facilitar la receta del queso para hacerlo en casa co este cuajo o cual es el mas efectivo? Muchas gracias
