Rennet powder

The Nievi rennet is a natural ferment carefully selected. A small teaspoon of coffee, is the extent to curdle of 40 to 60 liters of milk to 37 degrees in 45 minutes. It should dissolve the contents of the spoon in about 100 cc of cold milk with 5 g of salt and then add it to the preheated milk.

    Receta para hacer queso en casa

    Hola, soy principiante en esto de hacer queso en casa y me recomendaron usar cuajo en polvo entonces no se en realidad cual usar, me gustaria por favor si no es mucha molestia si me podrian facilitar la receta del queso para hacerlo en casa co este cuajo o cual es el mas efectivo?
