This artisan crop, Leuconostoc Mesenteroides, is used for the correct development of the characteristic white bark of some cheeses. They are camembert type soft cheeses. Its use together with the Camemberti Penicilium will ensure the correct production of its cheese and the perfect evolution of the bark. The contents of the envelope is 3 grs sufficient to inoculate 50 ltrs of milk.

Its use is combined with the dairy ferments and the Camemberti Penicilium ensures a delicious production of soft cheese type Brie or Camembert.

Estimada Begoña, se ponen en la leche al mismo tiempo. Antes del cuajo. Nosotros recomendamos su utilización conjunta pero se pueden utilizar de forma independiente. Son sobres de 3 grs para 50 litros de leche. Un saludo

    Cómo mezclar

    Hola, buenos días, me gustaría saber como debe mezclarse, en qué cantidades, el Cultivo Geotrichum Candidum con el penicillium camemberti para que quede bien la corteza blanca y si se pueden utilizar por separado. Gracias
