Estimado Manuel, puede ser el agua. La cantidad de agua es de un cuarto de taza por cada pastilla. Hay que disolverlo bien y el agua debe ser fria pero hervida previamente y que no sea clorada. Un saludo
No me cuaja la leche
Hola, hace un tiempo compré dos tipos de cuajo, el nievi q siempre uso y no va mal y este otro en pastillas, la cosa está q siempre utilizo el nievi y no suelo tener problema , pero quise usar las pastillas estás y la cuajada q salio era bastante débil. Tenía como 7,5 litros y eche dos pastillas, no se si lo hice bien, eche poca agua a la hora de disolución, o me.falto más cantidad de pastilla, pero la.cosa está en q la cuajada salió muy floja. Cuál podría ser el problema?? Saludos y gracias.
