- Mesophilic Culture (3 Pack)
- Citric Acid (100g)
- Cheese Salt (450g)
- Cheese Cloth
- Vegetarian Rennet Tablets (10)
- Calcium Chloride (50ml)
- Artisan Cheese Kit Recipe Booklet

The mesophilic culture is shelf stable for 8 months at temperatures under 25 degrees Celcius. However, we advise storing cultures in the freezer when you get them in order to prolong the life of the culture. 
The culture contains a very small amount of dairy.

Estimada Natalia, si necesitará todo lo que no son consumibles y depende del queso necesitará unas cosas u otras: termómetro, molde, prensa, etc.

    Hola! Me gustaria saber si para elaborar todos los quesos que nombra en el kit es necesario algun tipo de utensilio no incluido. Me refiero a molde, prensa, etc.
