Hygrometer that will allow you to measure the humidity of the air. A very useful tool in the manufacture and maturation of the cheese at home. The measurement is done by percentage. Its small size (4 cm in diameter) will allow you to place it in small spaces such as a small fresquera to ripen cheeses. It has in its outer crown also the measurement of the temperature which will give you a perfect view of what temperature and humidity the cheese is ripening (in ºC and ºF).
