  This mold has the rounded shape on its edges of Gouda cheeses although it is widely used in many different cheeses. You can produce cheeses weighing up to 1 kg. Its interior size is 14.5 cm wide by 8.5 cm high. It has a pressure cover for the correct production of pressed or semi-pressed cheeses.
