Sheep milk powder. How to rehydrate it?

The process for rehydrating the sheep's milk powder is very simple. We take water previously boiled and when it is in a temperature of 40º - 50 ºC we go sprinkling and stirring carefully avoiding the appearance of clumps.

Milk powder needs a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes to rehydrate and to minimize any sandy sensation. It is advisable, but not strictly necessary, to let the hydrated milk rest in the refrigerator overnight to ensure its complete hydration.
