This Kit has all the ingredients and specialized equipment to create a variety of authentic hard pressed cheeses easily at home. It is designed to be used in any kitchen, no experience in the manufacture of cheese is needed!
Time: Approx. 5 hours per recipe (plus the necessary ripening time of 4 to 16 weeks)
Quantity: It is possible to elaborate approximately 10 cheeses of 500 g with the included consumables.
