It is used to press your hard cheese accurately and reliably. The Mad Millie brand cheese press is made of a special food grade plastic that cleans easily and does not absorb bacteria. It contains a mold for pressed cheese with a capacity of 2 liters of curd that can be about 6 liters of milk. The pressing function reaches 20 kg of force. 4 steps to pressing hard cheese
Note: As the cheese is pressed the cheese will compress and the pressure will release. Check the presure gauge periodically and increase the pressure as needed.
Wash and sterilise the cheese mould and pressing disk before use. Both pieces are dishwasher safe. Never submerge the top half of the press in water. Simply wipe down wiyh a damp cloth after each use.
