The way of use is as follows:
1) Dilute in water and then:
Apply indoors in the case of Morbier type cheeses.
Apply with a brush, roller or sponge if it is outside.
2) In cheeses where it is applied on the surface, it can generally be dried after mixing with dry salt.
Dosage: "quantum satis", that is, the maximum amount necessary to cover the cheese.
