Powdered ash

Ash powder to dilute with water for application by dipping or brushing. For Morbier type cheese on the inside or ash cheeses on the surface.

The way of use is as follows:

1) Dilute in water and then:

     Apply indoors in the case of Morbier type cheeses.
     Apply with a brush, roller or sponge if it is outside.

2) In cheeses where it is applied on the surface, it can generally be dried after mixing with dry salt.

Dosage: "quantum satis", that is, the maximum amount necessary to cover the cheese.

You can buy this product in cans of 80 grams.
