The artisan cheese Tupi de Sort is a paste produced from the second fermentation of soft and mature cow cheese, with addition of olive oil and Orujo, a liquor. The result is a very strong creamy paste. A spicy, strong taste. Its paste is lumpy and oily. Its name derives from the tub in which it is usually served, which is called "Tupi" in Catalan. It can be eaten in several ways, but it is mostly consumed with bread or crackers.
