A gastronomic gem that comes from the Monte Robledo artisanal cheese fromagerie, located in the Huelva town of Aracena. It is a torta that has been cured for a minimum of 60 days and is made with the milk of goats grazing in the Sierra de Aracena. It has a different flavor to sheep tortas and its flavor is a bit stronger. The milk with which it is produced comes from ecological cattle raising, which adds an extra to an already exceptional artisan cheese. You can buy this cheese in units of about 550 grams.
