This cheese factory is located in La Gloria, San Agustín, in the municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana.
They have their own cattle to make their cheeses, about two thousand majorera goats, who graze daily in the immediate vicinity of the cheese factory.
All their cheeses are made with raw goat milk majorera.
In the World Cheese Awards, the cured cheese of La Gloria received the super gold medal, the highest prize of the contest and bronze medal in the 2011 edition.
