Silva Cordero Cheese Factory

In 1998 Silva Cordero was created, a family cheese factory in Acehúche (Cáceres) Its production is artisanal and mainly made of goat cheeses. They are made with raw milk. Rennet is of animal origin. And the maturation of 60/90 days. This company is in continuous growth. This is how it produces hard-paste, soft-paste, mold-matured, colored cheeses ... It has received countless awards since 2013 such as: Salón Du Fromage Paris, World Cheese Awards, Salón Gourmets de Madrid, Salón del Queso de Andalucía, Trujillo National Fair and Acehúche Cheese Fair.

Queso de cabra

Queso no rico, riquííísimo, lo trajo mi marido y es un queso q no puedes parar de comer, es todo un vicio. Y sabiendo q es artesanal(eso se nota) más te gusta.
