Extremadura goat cheese that matures from 45 days to 2 months, with rosemary and lard. The Francisco Moran e Hijos cheese factory traditionally produces this specialty with rosemary. Its texture is elastic and compact with a mild, moderately goat flavor and a very pleasant rosemary aftertaste. Obviously its aroma is intense rosemary. A cheese that always stands out on a cheese board.
