This spanish cheese is one of the large cheeses hand-crafted by Francisco Moran and sons. A cheese factory located in the town of Carbajo, Cáceres which specializes in the maturation of artisan cheeses from goats and sheep. This family business has over one century of tradition during which they have demonstrated the quality of their products.
