Its paste is yellowish ivory with a closed cut, with small and not very abundant eyes. Its texture is compact and firm. A cheese with an intense flavor, persistent aftertaste and pleasant to the palate. It has a moderate aroma of sheep's cheese.
You can buy this cheese in wedges of about 375 grams.
