The Caprino de Candeleda cheese factory from Avila produces this cheese from goat's milk of the Serrana and Verata breeds and their crosses. made from all-natural herbs, shrubs, flowers, seeds and cereal grains. The milk they generate has all the aromatic and natural standard with which it has been generated. Many of these plants have their natural aromas as can be; heather, rosemary, flowering broom, juniper, the different types of herbs that abound in the field, depending on the season of the year. In spring-summer are the different plants with their flowering according to season and in autumn-winter the acorns, juniper balls or fruits of the different plants according to season.
The result is a creamy cheese with a relevant flavor and with that touch of paprika that is given by rubbing the crust with oil and paprika.
You can buy this cheese in half cheeses of approximately 400 grams vacuum packed.
Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, rennet, calcium chloride, salt, lactic ferments and paprika. M.G. min. 22%. Keep cold.
