The La Montejaquena cheese factory is located in Pedrera in the autonomous community of Andalusia. It produces handmade high quality goat cheeses. From the cured to the younger cheeses with products that make a difference.
This whole milk cheese is mixed in coagulation, with a white, creamy color. It is slightly acidic and very tasty.
