It is an elastic, soft and creamy cheese. Its success is due to the quality of cow's milk produced in the municipality of Llanes, with meadows near the sea, with high rainfall and humidity that favors the development of very varied and rich grasslands that is then reflected above all in the smell and aroma of the cheese. His clean cut (no eyes) soft texture makes it a product of the most appreciated.
