The Catí cheese factory makes this wet-rinded goat cheese in a traditional manner in weights of between 490 - 500 grams. It is a palate-covering creamy cheese. Its aging process and its rind give a it delicious scent of wine and mushrooms. Its taste is lingeringly sweet and slightly salty with a hint of walnut.
